Firstly, the guide and driver were excellent. However, after pickup from our hotel we were taken to a square in the city centre where we had to wait for the tour bus in the pouring rain. On return to Budapest, we were dropped off at Elizabeth Square and had to make our own way back to the hotel. In my opinion, the tour should have been cancelled as the weather was so poor, some outdoor sights were invisible. Also, there was no boat cruise back. For the price a light lunch could be included.

As it's stated on our webpage, from the 1st of October to the 30th of April, the return trip to Budapest will be by bus instead of by boat. We are very sorry if this proved disappointing to any of our customers. In any case, we take note of every suggestion we receive in order to improve the service. Seems to be a lot of time on coach very rushed when at places to see disappointed we did not come back on boat that was one of the reasons we booked it seems strange as it has rained a lot so river must be alright for boats .we would have been better staying and looking around Budapest

In the website we specify that from the 1 October to the 30 April, if river water levels are not high enough, you will return to Budapest by bus instead of by boat. We're sorry the activity wasn't as you expected.

Informed last-minute there would be no boat portion, so that was a disappointment. Also felt like narration was catered more toward the Spanish speakers in the group. More free time in the towns also would have been nice.

It would have been nice to have lunch at a better restaurant or at szentendre (instead of visegrád). The guide lady was fantastic. Our driver was driving very well.

Pick up service was a parody. My location was 600m away from the meeting point and after we called them up, they sent the guide to "walk" us there. The silly excuse was that if the pick-up location is close then you walk to the bus even if you have booked otherwise. The reason became apparent when a loaded minibus arrived at the meeting point. Instead of sending another minibus which was stationed at the meeting point with the driver availiable, they opted to change the agreement on the spot.

This could have been better if we had a better guide. She was odd. Most people ended up buying a ticket to the first site because she disappeared and it turned out that we had already paid for it. I demanded she get my money back and she did. However the lunch stop was way too long, way over allocated time. 30 minutes over and she insisted people should get dessert/coffee. We were waiting on bus when I went in to see what she was doing and she was getting her commission from the restaurant.

Started tour, drove for ten minutes then bus stopped while we waited for one hour for another group to arrive at bus. Bad stop for lunch at a busy self service road stop which took another hour and a half, hence we had very limited time at sites we had booked to see.

Very good trip, enjoyable, very good and knowledgeable tourist guide named Peter, we enjoyed his company, he took us to the best restaurant called Reneszance Ettem. He was nice and helpful with the elderly couple.
