We turned up just before our tour at 3pm (there was absolutely nothing on your website or anything in any confirmation emails stating we had to be there earlier) to be told we were late and it was unlikely we would get the pizza we had ordered. Luckily they managed to get the pizza we wanted. It was also advertised as a 90 minute tour however it was advertised on the boat as 75 minutes but we were luckily if it was even an hour long. The staff on board were fine, the tour was ok, nothing special
